Once you know what you're going to sell and you've checked you can compete and make a profit. Get the product data template spreadsheet from iShop. We will make sure you understand what each field is and fill it in correctly first time.

If you already have your product range in a database we can assist you in exporting the data very quickly.

2. Select a template / Guide our bespoke designers

If you're looking to get your new iShop running quickly and inexpensively you can select a layout from our responsive templates. All features are standard and available to all templates.

If you desire a bespoke layout or would like to amalgamate different elements of our templates, provide us with your branding guidelines or speak directly to our designers. They'll produce proofs for you to approve, then build your layout in the iShop platform.

3. Setup your payment methods

The iShop Payment Integration Guide will give you all the information you need to start taking payments online. Or you can call us for personal advice.

iShop is compatible with an internet merchant account from your business bank, PayPal, Stripe and iDEAL. You can offer a mix of these payment options. Whatever you choose we'll guide you through the process and get you setup quickly.

4. Preserve your existing listing / Prepare your marketing campaign

If you have an existing business trading online it's important that you retain any listings you have with Google and other search engines. iShop will carefully assist you in setting up redirects from your old URLs to the iShop Platform.

5. Learn how to process orders & Maintain your new iShop

You're invited to our offices for personalised training. if it's inconvenient to travel to us we'll happily conduct phone training with you whilst screen sharing to get you up to speed.

We can either take you through everything in one sitting or stage the training over a number of sessions depending on your requirements.
