However, if we do refuse your order, we will tell you our reasons. When you place an order, you will receive a system generated order acknowledgement. Your order is only accepted by Academy Consumer when we send you confirmation of shipment having been made. All products listed on the site are available at the current prices shown subject to current stock availability. Academy Health reserve the right to alter prices, especially if current stocks are insufficient to fulfill your order. If we do alter a price after you have placed an order, we will tell you so and give you the option to decline to proceed with your order at the revised price. Where we are out of stock of a product we may in some instances substitute a similar product. If we do this we will charge for the LOWER of the original price and the substituted price. If you are not happy with the substitution you can advise us, return the product and we will not charge you. Save Money: our flat rate shipping charges are a set amount per order, so adding extra items to an order will reduce the shipping cost per item.
